Worked my way up through the ranks from the lowest position of product distribution technician to the development of a new department in my managerial role. I worked in the quality assurance department and was a liaison between development and technical support. During my stint in Technical Services I was one of the three top techs in the company who would resolve issues that the two tiered support department could not. We would also work on special projects.
