Strategic analysis and identification of opportunities for global end-to-end process harmonization and efficiency increase of the internal organization * RFP for the selection of a global implementation partner for the automation of a new business process model, based on industry best practices and SAP S/4HANA (partner: PWC) * Planning program setup & resourcing * Global program execution - responsible for program strategy and advisory to the program director * Implementation of SAP S/4HANA globally

Based on previously executed strategic analyis for the identification of a streamlined, global business process model * RFP for the selection of a global implementation partner for the automation of a new business process model, based on industry best practices and SAP S/4HANA (partner: Cap Gemini) * Planning program setup & resourcing * Global program execution (since Q3 / 2015) - responsible for program strategy and advisory to the program director * Implementation of SAP S/4HANA globally
