At Accenture I was involved in a project aiming to rebuilt the documentation management module of an insurance software solution. The functionality of this module is to generate and print the documents related to a policy. This project was driven together with the Insurance experts in Murray Hill (US): - Managed the communication with the team in the US - Designed and validated the functionality and the look and feel of the screens - Managed the implementation and the testing of the module

At Scytl I carried out pre-sales and project management tasks in electoral projects around the world: - Sold a voting platform to fifty-two Chambers of Commerce in France for 1M€ - Managed the design, implementation, test and audit of the electronic voting system for the Association des Français à l’Étranger (AFE) election - Elaborated a strategic report exploring the electoral modernization needs in India and analyzing how Scytl products could satisfy those need

Support to the Consulting department doing pre-sales and project management tasks in projects related to the secure electronic voting around the world: - Translated the labels of the software solution from Spanish into English and French - Wrote reports requesting public financial support granted to innovative companies - Managed a project which goal was to deliver to several catalan towns an Internet-based citizen participation platform
