In parallel, supporting the product organization to walk through a set of fundamental organizational changes.

Translating the company vision into tangible objectives for the digital teams, turning the objectives into milestones and an overall project plan, Owning the product backlog for multiple digital teams Scaling the digital product organization through hiring, coaching and a constant feedback loop Introducing a complete agile work environment (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.) together with the Head of Software, as well as gradually rolling this out to the whole organization through subtle change management

02.2021 – 08.2021: Leading the adidas Running & Training Product teams (six PMs). 01.2019 – 01.2021: Responsible for adidas Running, its contribution to the company goals while serving consumers' needs. 8+ million users, 7-figures annual revenue, 40%+ week-1 retention rate, NPS of 30+. 01.2018 – 12.2018: Leading the adidas Runners integration and the first global Run For The Oceans collaboration (with 1+ million participants), while building an entire new team of Product Managers.

Product Owner of one of the cross-functional development teams in the Social tribe. Started with delivering general Running groups, quickly pivoted towards integrating the adidas Runners experience (with 150k+ members) into the Runtastic app and turn their analog and fragmented online processes into fully-integrated digital ones. Milestone project as this was the first successful software development collaboration between Runtastic and adidas.

iOS (03.2013 – 11.2016) | Android (12.2010 – 02.2013) | Backend (10.2010 – 11.2010) Conception and development of various apps for iOS and Android in the Runtastic ecosystem (Runtastic, Fitness App Collection, Six Pack, Pedometer). Development of 123people and MeinA1 apps for Android (due to Runtastic acting as a mobile app agency). Educational leave & master thesis student | 04.2014 – 09.2015
