Founded in 1987, Springborn Staffing Services, wholly owned by Bob, achieved consistent sales volume of $4M+ in this small NE market. By 1995 was profitable at a level of 20% EBITDA, sold in 2008

Bob joined this family owned business founded by his father and rapidly progressed in a variety of executive positions and was elected by the BOD to President and COO at the age of 28. Bob was a critical member of the managment team which grew the company from 70 employees at it's headquarters in Enfield CT to an international R&D company with laboratories in the US, Asia and Switzerland. The company was sold in the early 2000's and is now Springborn/Smithers Labs
