My taks included: - Performing statistical data analysis for several projects (cf. publications) using Matlab. - Developing a system for GEVI-Imaging. This included writing the software for it (in python) . - Developing a virtual envrionment for behavioral experiments and integrating it with the imaging system. This again required developing custom software in python. - Performing behavioral experiments with the integrated system. - Teaching bachelor and master students.
