Responsible for the expansion of two retail concepts in Transilvania ( Penny Market and XXL ) / Preparing, presenting and submiting investment proposals for new projects / Performing feasibility studies and due diligence processes for each project under consideration of commercial, architectural, engineering, licensing, environmental, financial and legal aspects / Liaising with and supervising the work of external consultants / Obtaining all local regulatory approvals and permits

Ensuring the quality of the projects and deliverables / Responsible for employee schedule and absence management / Monitoring the individual and team key performance indicators / Interpreting data and formulating reports / Supervising, training, motivating and evaluating a team of up to 30 members / Providing statistical analysis of research results and monitoring market trends
