As General Manager ultimately responsible for the full service package of a holiday park. Initiating actions to achieve budget goals and targeting the optimum service to reach hostmanship. In emergencies first point of contact internal an external(24/7). Responsible for the daily management and influencer of guest satisfaction by motivating and coaching 265 employees. Daily monitoring financial and guest satisfaction to improve on site sales, yield management and NPS.

Responsible for the overall operations of 8 holiday parks in Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. With a strong focus on rental performance, financials and budgets, quality standards, health & safety, and Human Resources. In this role I reported directly to the different boards of home-owners.

Responsible for the exploitation of a bungalowpark with 245 cottages, 29 Appartments,16 Mobile Homes,150 campsites. Indoorplayground. In total 1800 beds and Central Facilities. Direct responsibility for 65 in- and external staff members Product: (short) holidaybreak in Cottages, Restaurant, bar, shop, sports & adventure, reception and other guestrelations. Administration, Housekeeping and Property & Maintenance.
