In securitization transactions (true sale and synthetic) and in covered bonds programmes I operate as Calculation, so I deal with the collection and analysis of financial data necessary to elaborate the period reports. I prepare the waterfall of payments and I check the SPV's cash flows. Over the time I have also gained experience in document revision activity, both during the origination and the on-going phases, in managing the information requests from rating agencies and in unwinding activities.

At the Tax Advisory and Group Counseling Office I have studied the application of the VAT and financial regulations (Italian and European laws), the Income Tax Code and IAS / IFRS International Accounting Standards.
