Candidate research: - develop the job description according to the needs expressed by the client; - publish and update the vacancies on the Michael Page web site; - candidate CV screening ; Candidate Interview : - maintain a weekly plan of the candidates’ interviews; - develop the candidate report to present to the client; - organize the interview directly to the client ; - gather feed back from candidates and clients; - prepare proposals contract; - communicate negative feedbacks to candidates.
