s a Master Planner in Evenflo Company I am responsible of the supply of all the Asian and North American imported goods, around 14 million dollars. Within less than a year I was able to reduce 30% the inventory levels and to increase one sigma level of the importation process by the implementation of an SOP. I am also responsible of the production planning for all the Textile Goods manufactured in Mexico, managing the production schedule of a 100 people sewing factory.
