As International sales representative on the export department, I am responsible for the management of selected customer accounts.This involves contact with the customer regarding price, complaints and the distribution of the orders.

I was responsible for the management of selected customer accounts. This involved much contact with the customer to arrange the product deliveries for storage, the processing of incoming orders, and product distribution via road, sea or air transport. I was primary contact for enquiries and also handled complaints.

For my graduation assignment I wrote a marketing plan for the German market. During this semester I had a lot of contact and conducted a lot of interviews with German clients.
