Manage and define headcount AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Tenneco China covering head office and 7 plant operations based on biz needs and expansion plan. Work with division head to optimize org structure and implement talent acquisition plan. Conduct middle to executive level hiring for headquarter and new plant. Manage various recruitment channel like network, search firm, employer referral program, Tenneco Trainee Program, Intern Program and campus recruitment etc. New Site ramping up.

Manage general staffing operation for client biz units including Intel Pudong CPU and Flash Factory (from 2007 to 2008), Mobility Group, Digital Home Group (from 2008), Digital Enterprise Group, Software & Service Group and Intel Lab (from 2009) in China. Work with BU management team setting recruitment strategies and execute the Talent Acquisition Plan.

This program is the newly lauched program targeting for future technical expert via campus recruitment. Setup program infrastructure and promote the program to internal stakeholders including biz unit heads and line managers. Partner with biz group to develop rotation path for new hire rotation engineers. Establish graduate technical pipeline for future biz growth.

Work with PRC staffing operation manager to plan and execute campus hiring events. Coordinate with relevant internal teams (Higher Education, Sales & Marketing Group and Public Affair etc.) to deliver non-hiring but proactive sourcing events, e.g. Intel Scholarship Program. Track all graduate and intern hiring data and evaluate the effective recruitment channels. Design and deliver intern integration training. Maintain the relationship with the placement officer of our target universities in PRC and US.

Work with client companies' staffing reps to set campus hiring plan and execute all the relevant events with executive team. Main clients include Intel, Microsoft, Unilever, Philips, Dow Chemical, International Paper etc. Work as marketing intelligence analyst to investigate the status of specific company on fresh graduate employment market. Provide campus events logistics support in PRC wide and hiring system management. Conduct CV screen process on ChinaHR database according to the criteria of clients.
