Robin Vermeire

In this internship I assisted the director of food and beverage with implementing Renaissance brand standards, the hotel was in the transition phase from the Leading Hotels of the World brand to the Marriott brand. I was responsible for implementing daily trainings, doing brand checks and menu engineering.

During my internship upon graduation I did research and wrote a marketing plan for the indoor leisure centre Toversluis in Sluis. This included a field research of customer satisfaction at the centre, a competitive analysis and an evaluation of the internal processes. The aim of my marketing plan was to increase not only the number of customers but also to increase the local markets awareness of the leisure centre. I have set-up a number of guidelines for the company which have been implemented.
