In this role I was designated as the Primary expert in secondary research and analysis related to the Health Care industry and was fully dedicated to working with the Knowledge Team of one of the Top 4 Global Consulting firms. Outside of my own specific responsibilities I actively participated in the selection and hiring process of new company analysts. As well as being the Reporting/People Manager for analysts, dedicated to Health Care and other industries.

In this role I independently handled all client work (one of the Top 4 Global Consulting firms) from location, being the Senior member of both the team and the Life Sciences and Healthcare division within the Chile office. I maintained direct communication and work with Senior Analysts/Knowledge Experts from the client´s offices around the world.

Research and analysis on issues relevant to the Health Care Industry for one of the Top 4 Global Consulting firms using various internal and external research resources and databases.

Research of patent existence and/ or status in El Salvador, prior production of generics from the associated pharmaceutical companies.

Customer service agent for Auto and Home Insurance Division for North American customers. Trainer for the Account assisting the Learning and Development Department in delivering training for new employees.

Post-graduate diploma: Focused on Regulatory Landscape, Managerial Epidemiology, Health Economics, Management and Organizational Strategy/Structure.
