·Rear seat design for the RENAULT ESPACE 4 Stage 2 (3 points safety belt loaded on the seat)according to the Lean Product Development rules. Validation at 97% of 150 components, 50 assemblies before Start of production (1400 seats/day). Knowledge leader for stamping, undercutting, cold forming, spring, strap, Plastics, tube and wires. ·Bucket seat design for MATRA Automotive M72 (160 seats / day): frame and trim. ·Monitoring design for the rear seat RENAULT ESPACE III production (1200 seats / day).
