Responsible for supporting users of the AISIN, administering CISCO network, Windows servers, creation and maintenance of GPO policies, responsible for virtual machines (VMware), knowledge in backup administration (ARCserve) and responsible for the support and development of flows for automation of internal processes. Planning and execution of activities according to the established deadlines, contributing to the smooth running of operations.

Support to the users of the company CPFL Energia (Electric Company), assisting in the use of computational resources and in the routine tasks of the function of others. Creation of spreadsheets and reports, facilitating the monitoring of activities by the team. Performing extra activities to the function when requested, assisting colleagues and superiors for the benefit of the team.
