Cut-over of managed network services and IT applications landscape. Transition of WAN services, IT computing services and field telecom operations. Responsible and accountable for the entire IT operations landscape including network operations, end users computing (service desk, hosting and storage, rigs support), field telecom operations.

Delivered projects on time and on budget. These include but not limited to: Migration of storage infrastructure from SAN to NetAPP. Client Assets Refresh (2012 to 2015). WAN upgrade project (2011 to 2015), LAN Upgrade (2012 to 2016). Managed IT operations supported remotely by AT&T, T-System and HP. Held accountability and responsibility infrastructure operations (network services, service desk, end-users computing, field telecom, collaborative working environment, TV services, welfare internet, etc.).

IT operations: Responsible for operating computing infrastructure to meet business IT requirements. Development and maintenance of performance indicators for operational control, management information and planning. Worked with remote IT service providers (AT&T, T-System, HP, etc.) to resolve infrastructure issues. Delivered several projects on time and on budget. IT operations: Responsible for software daily operations including users support, break and fix operations, setup of technical software documentation, overall applications maintenance (200+ users, 300+ applications on IBM/AS400 system).  Successfully implemented an IT disaster recovery plan included in Business Continuity Plan. Reorganized the applications’ support team and the IT support strategy leading to a reduction of IT failures during weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly bank closing operations.
