- Responsible for managing Amgen’s relationship with key suppliers with the primary objective of ensuring supply, improving supplier’s quality and reliability; - Articulate vision and identify strategic objectives partnering with executive sponsor and supplier; - Ensure communication effectiveness with functional team leads and executives; - Execute against deliverables for supply chain, quality, technical initiatives, risk management and operational excellence.

• Responsible for conducing projects on process improvement, manufacturing performance, lean manufacturing, six sigma and quality improvement on different organizations • Main Project Schiphol Airport: check the performance of the baggage transportation system at the airport, composed by 50 km of belts connecting check in desks to aircrafts in different terminals. Report regarding quality of maintenance suppliers and engineering teams and inputs to improve the overall system efficiency

• Responsible for leading process enhancement projects in different organizational departments sharing Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Manufacturing Production System. • Leads 4 Black Belts projects with estimated benefits of US$ 600.000. • Coordinates 12 Green Belts on 35 projects with estimated benefits of US$ 2,0 Mi.

• Responsible for 3M Health Care production unit managing in total 78 employees (supervisor, engineers, technicians and production co-workers). Generating a total US$ 45 mi turnover in 2006, producing Health Care, Pharma and Specialties under GMP environment. • Responsible for a yearly budget of over US$ 4 million. • Responsible for investments of US$ 1,5 million in 2006, including the transfer of “Bandages” production from Poland, “Monitoring Electrodes” from Korea and new automated packaging lines.

• Optimized the production processes, implementing new procedures for the manufacturing of adhesive and adhesive tapes. • Changed the convertion of Micropore® for better and cheaper product, guaranteeing that the clinical requirements are achieved. • Reported and controlled the production unit cost to the Manufacturing Manager. • Implemented and maintained the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for Medical Devices.

• Trained to act as Corporate Banking Manager, responsible for corporations with yearly turnover of US$ 100 million and more. • Trained in all current bank areas including Back-office, Treasury, Front-office and customers direct assistance. • Trained in Corporate areas including, Middle-market, Credit, Currency Exchange, Hedges, Funds and Stocks market.

• Responsible for plastic products production, including injected and molded articles.

• Executed small production improvement analysis and projects for the paper plants. • Executed a complete study of the production direct and indirect costs.
