Responsible for profitable Site Engineering and Solutions in the sub-region (delivered business of Euros 250M per year through 15 projects). Built & managed an effective Site Engineering organization in sub-region (Optimized and reduced my organization from 700 resources to 400 in 2 years). Responsible with procurement for Service Sourcing, Material sourcing and outsourcing of Site Engineering activities along with assessment and selection of sub-contractors.

Responsible of Bidding and Early Rum Up for following projects and acquisitions: Saudi Arabia 3rd License (MTC), Egypt 4rth License (Etisalat) and UAE 2nd License (du) Analyze and answer tenders. Plan overall project rollout and prepare Project Implementation Plan, forecast budget equipment and resources. Support project office setup in project country; participate in sub-contractors and suppliers selection.

Assigned by Orange Telecom HeadQuarter to audit and propose optimized solutions and improvement plans for the following areas: mode of operation, structure of Network Implementation and Maintenance departments, subcontractors and suppliers evaluation, logistic concept and setups.

Technicell was initially an electrical services supplier, my main role and achievement was transforming successfully the company into a Full Turnkey Telecom subcontractor. The Order Intake volume increased by 500% after 1 year Sites Acquisition and Civil Works for Wataniya Telecom. Level 1 and level 2 maintenance for the strategic sites: MSCs, BSCs and HUBs for Orascom Telecom. V-Sat site construction, installation and commissioning for Orascom Telecom.

Clean-up, mechanical and technical upgrading and rehabilitation of the transmission network of Dutchtone. Scope: 800+ sites, volume: 4 MiEuros. Transmission and BSS implementation, level 1 and Level 2 maintenance for Alcatel equipments in Dutchtone network. Scope 400+ sites. Initially Alcatel phase1 scope was 30% of Dutchtone TI scope. After we successfully delivered phase1, Alcatel was awarded the whole country scope
