Full life-cycle SAP implementation in over 350 companies for 12 countries in a project with over 80 consultants working simultaneously and full-time. I've been involved in all project phases, being responsible for the Logistic processes implementation and architectural revision.

Lead consultant on the Brazil Localization, I manage resources and issues, having direct actions on the supply chain process implementations. Giving the retail characteristics, creation of processes encapsulating SAP standard transactions aiming at time-saving and process simplification. Also revised purchasing and sale prices to become in accordance with TAXBRA customizing. Manage internal team formed of 5 SAP consultants.

Responsible for Brazilian legal reports in the Global rollout (MP-135, SPED PIS/COFINS, GIA), checking/fixing TAXBRA customizing.

SAP MM Consultant responsible for the Tax related scenarios (TAXBRA). Worked on the blueprint gap analysis assuring TAXBRA configuration could match local and global requirements.

Leaded the local MM stream as a whole and FI and SD tax streams. Participated from the Delta Assessment (Gap Analysis) phase to the post-­golive support. Assured compliance with the global template and flexibility with the new business unit’s processes. Upgraded from SAP 4.6c to 6.0, changing from TAXBRJ into TAXBRA, converting also the legacy system to the new rolled-out global blueprint. Assured TAXBRA customizing would be compliance with both local (business/legal) and global requirements.

Revision and implementation of Fiscal scenarios compliance with Brazilian legislation for Burberry's new stores in the country through implementation of TAXBRA.

Implementing SAP in a series of Hypermarcas recent company acquisions, assuring that risks related to gaps and issues are completely mitigated and that it would be in line with head-­‐quarter’s Blueprint Definition. Fiscal and Accounting restructuring, revising inbound and outbound taxes for Brazilian tax procedures (TAXBRA) , obtaining fiscal improvements and substituting ABAP code for parametrization. TAXBRA (CBT) allows for highly customizable tax scenario implementations.

Blueprint and implementation of a full Materials Management module at Locaweb. A completely automated and seamlessly integrated purchase, assed activation and deactivation routines. Implemented sub-modules: - Stock, services and sub-contracting purchases - Fixed Assets integration - both activation and deactivation (non-standard) - TAXBRA implementation - Invoice Verification procedures - Stock blocking until Invoice is verified - Physical inventory - Personalized reports - Bill Of Materials

Integration of SAP MM module and re-implementation of FI-BL interface. Check of TAXBRA customizing.

Instructed trainnees in SAP Materials Management module for SAP educational program. Followed SAP guidelines with advanced knowledge skill set on both functional and technical MM implementation subjects, ranging from project management to system customization. Students reported an impressive score of 95% passing; whereas typical average margin is of 20% passing students at the SAP MM Academy.

I've taken part on Business Blueprint discussions with Netherlands head-quarter and local vice-presidents. When SAP was implemented, I was trained on MM module to help on a Procure-to-Pay solution.
