Project Brief: - Development of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) having support of Layer- 2 protocols Responsibility: - Ø Porting and enhancement of VLAN, RSTP, EOAM protocols. Ø Implemented PHY configuration support for all the optical and electrical ports (Device is having 10/100/1000 Base copper and optical ports). This includes speed and duplex configuration for marvel 88E1112 and 88E1149 PHY. ØUnit testing of VLAN, Provider bridge, EOAM modules

Project Brief: - To develop simulator software that will generate all type of responses and error conditions, appear during flash programming the client specific devices. For the ControlFLASH application this application will acts as a device and will generate the appropriate responses. This avoids the extra efforts of testing the ControlFLASH application with all the possible devices. Responsibility: - ØDesign the application by considering the firmware architecture.

Project Brief: - To port the existing System Redundancy Module from the i960 platform to the Intel X-Scale NetWork processor platform. Change the media interface from Fiber Optics to the EtherNet. Replace the existing backplane interface from MR3 to the APEX. Responsibility: - ØPorting the application firmware from i960 platform to the Intel X-Scale NetWork processor (IXP 465) platform. ØPartial Implementation of transport layer for NPE ØModifying the existing device driver for the new hardware
