• Analysis and audit the customer network. • Check the discards, latency, and errors in network and report to customer with reasons and solutions. • Check bandwidth utilization, QoS, cup utilization, memory utilization. • Need to find reason for outages (RFO’s) for chronic issues and suggesting improvement, upgrades. • Suggest the changes in customer network which will avoid future network problems and also help in network design and capacity planning.
