Platform owner across four business units (Stream4Tech, Spraxa, Coolr, Volza): 95+ domains, multi-node Proxmox clusters and the full Azure estate. Build and run 100+ GoCD pipelines, Terraform/Ansible automation across 70+ Linux hosts, and a centralised Prometheus/Grafana/Mimir observability stack. Sustain 99.9% uptime on ~1M requests/day and cut incident response initiation time by 70% with an AI-driven alerting pipeline. Own the MSSQL-Flink-StarRocks CDC pipeline and ClickHouse/Postgres backup design.

Owned production infrastructure across Proxmox clusters and Azure for four business units. Executed PVE 8 to 9 upgrades and recovered a cluster-wide LVM thin-pool outage. Built the centralised Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager stack covering 100% of production services, a weekly Greenbone/OWASP ZAP vulnerability programme across 95+ NGINX domains, and SSL expiry automation that cut certificate incidents to zero. Introduced Terraform and a dedicated Ansible controller for 70+ Linux hosts.

Built IT from zero as one of two engineers in a 200+ employee company: server and network buildout, PEAP enterprise Wi-Fi integrated with LDAP, SoftEther VPN for a fully remote workforce, and a hardened Mailcow SMTP/IMAP platform with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and PTR reaching 10/10 deliverability. Owned onboarding infrastructure for all new hires - provisioning, access control and network access - and first production Proxmox and Windows/Linux server deployments.
