PTC Integrity / IBM DOORS • Import, Format and Edit requirements in PTC Integrity • Analyze and categorize requirements in PTC Integrity • Creating dashboard and query via CLI • Create and maintain internal and customer reports and forms • Expertise in configuration, management, and administration of PTC integrity • Provide all necessary import, maintain, and export customer requirements in DOORS • Creating ReqIF for import activity • RMDX for Data migration Doors to PTC Integrity

• Installing configuring and upgrading hardware and software components and ALM tools. • Providing training and guidance to users on how to use IT systems, software applications Tools-Spatial net, SAP, FMS (Facility Management System) and CRIS, Netcracker, Customer center, Jira. • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups. • Conduct periodic governance meetings with vendors to ensure timely resolution of all issues.
