Leading the HMI team in Goa, which handles offline HMI programming for pharmaceutical filling machines, and following those lines through to commissioning in Crailsheim, Germany. Working on the Flexible Filling Platform (FFP) — HMI programming and resolving master-level bugs. Supporting colleagues on high-priority service cases where customer downtime is critical. Part of regular meetings with the Crailsheim team on resource planning, quality, new projects and service orders.

Commissioned SCADA systems for the Flexible Filling Platform (FFP) using AVEVA System Platform IDE 2023, built on database servers and domain controllers to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Developed HMI applications offline in AVEVA InTouch 2020 and 2023. Set up Windows Server and Active Directory users, groups and access levels. Coordinated HMI offline coding and commissioning activities for Syntegon operations in Crailsheim.

Sent by Klenzaids to Syntegon's Crailsheim site on a two-year deputation. Developed and configured HMI applications in AVEVA InTouch 2017 and 2020. Wrote SQL scripts in SQL Server Management Studio to store process values, audit trails, recipe data and alarms, supporting 21 CFR Part 11 traceability. Configured AVEVA Historian for process data logging and trending. Designed and generated recipe and batch reports by retrieving and processing data from SQL tables using Microsoft Visual Studio.

Responsibilities: - Programming and setting up HMI/PLC for pharmaceutical liquid filling lines. - Testing alarm functions and input/output after assembling machines at the customer’s site. - Diagnosing and resolving customer issues on-site. Experience: - Working with programmable logic controllers, such as Siemens and Rexroth IndraWorks. - Programming human-machine interfaces using Aveva Intouch and Zenon.
