Project: Multi Functional Camera (ADAS) | Client: Volkswagen Group – VW/Audi, This project integrates a forward-facing Camera system with EYEQ5 and Aurix microcontrollers to enhance driver assistance and real-time decision-making. The EYEQ5 controller handles image processing tasks such as object detection, lane keeping, and sensor fusion, while the Aurix controller executes control actions using the processed data. Together, they deliver a reliable, high-performance solution for ADAS systems.

Project: Body Control Module (BCM) | Client: Citroën, The Body Control Cluster Module (BCCM) integrates the functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) into a single system. It manages vehicle body functions like lighting, locks, and wipers while also displaying critical driver information such as speed, warnings, and system status. This unified module enhances communication efficiency, reduces wiring complexity, and supports advanced diagnostics.

Project: Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS/BMS) | Client: Mahindra & Mahindra, Intelligent Battery System is a vehicle-mounted solution designed to monitor key battery parameters (voltage, current and temperature) in real time. Built around a custom ASIC and utilizing a precision shunt resistor at the battery's negative terminal, it enables accurate State of Charge (SOC) calculation. The system communicates via the LIN network and dynamically controls the alternator based on driving and vehicle conditions.

Project: 2kW EV Charger, Li-ion Battery & BMS Testing | Client: Mahindra & Mahindra, A compact 2kW electric charger was developed to supply efficient and safe charging for Mahindra 3-wheeler e-rickshaws. The charger ensures fast battery recharge with built-in protections, supporting sustainable and reliable electric urban transportation.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, I have built a strong foundation for working in the automotive domain. My focus areas include Embedded electronics, Power systems, Control systems. I gained hands-on experience through projects involving MATLAB/Simulink modeling and microcontroller programming. Additionally, coursework in automotive systems, circuit design, and signal processing has prepared me for real-world engineering applications.
