Performed workload assessment and maintained specific new operational processes resulting in a 8% increase in productivity. Create BOM and updated material master Data (SAP MM). Implemented Lean Manufacturing Methods to successfully cut costs streamline operations. Developed designs using AutoCAD ( both 2D and 3D) software for the crockery ware according to the requirements and worked on the invoices for the customers.

FABRICATION AND TESTING OF HYBRID COMPOSITE MATERIALS •Manufactured the composite material by using natural fibers like goat hair, jute fiber, sisal fiber and epoxy resin. •Various composition with three different orientation were prepared as hybrid composite materials adopting the Hand Lay Up Technique for the manufacturing process. •Mechanical Testing of the specimens and the test results are compared between natural and hybrid composite materials according to ASTM Standards.
