Responsible for implementing the Airbus Operating System at the Hamburg plant mainly in the Long Range Equipment Installation area. Establishment of a line-side equipment manufacturing center to support and accelerate 5S deployment within the plant. Deployment of a large scale Lean Awareness coaching program for operators in Quality and Assembly. Leadership of Value Stream Mapping exercises for the Long Range Equipment Installation area.

Optimization of work stations within the Single Aisle Equipment installation with the focus on Lean Management tools & methods at the Airbus Hamburg plant
