I have worked as project lead and single point of contact with the client, a leader in the European Automotive Industry. As part of the project I have been responsible for the design, proposal, implementation and testing efforts in the end-to-end process of delivering a SAP TM derived Charge calculation and Invoicing solution. I have also been responsible with delegating tasks and helping the team in both Operations and Maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.

I have managed the relationships between the company and its many international suppliers of LED based products while maintaining a constant stream of authorized distributors and handling client and supplier side negotiations regarding needs assessment, pricing and purchasing. I have also created marketing materials including product pages and catalogues. During this time I have devised best practices for using software to aid with CRM and helped shape the decisions regarding business development.

Designing and configuring ERP systems based on SAP’s Transportation Management, Retail, Extended Warehouse Management Modules. Have obtained SAP TM 8.0 Certification and have undergone intensive SAP TM 8.0, SAP Retail(Sales & Distribution + Material Management) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management training while using English and German as primary languages
