- Organizing transportation of IMO cargo by truck (diesel oil, liquid nitrogen, crude oil) - Interacting with local road traffic authorities, preparing documents for transportation of the IMO cargo, and registration of trucks - Communicating with drivers (40 people), keeping records, dealing with safety measures, organizing repair of trucks and purchasing spare parts.
