Report to CEO Eurasia. Managing a team of 15 employees in Moscow HQ and Supply Chain in 6 countries, total number – 170 employees. Responsibilities: direct & Indirect categories; strategy validation; controlling and ensuring reliable, continuous and cost-effective sourcing process; coaching & team development; interaction & coordination with Global Procurement. Managed spend (CAPEX+OPEX) - 880 mUSD. Main achievements: Price saving – 12%.

Report to CFO and VP HQ Procurement (dotted line). Managing procurement and admin departments of 5 & 14 employees. The same mission and responsibilities as below PLUS management of admin team in Russia: office & facility management; budget control, etc. Managed spend (CAPEX+OPEX) – 32 mUSD. Main achievements: price saving - >15%; car leasing implementation; new office selected and renovated in time with significant TVO. Improved admin’s image and deploying a “bridge” with internal clients.

Establishing procurement function from scratch in the company; governance models implementation together with sourcing strategies; deployment of tools; purchasing centralization; penetration into CIS countries as second way. Responsibilities: indirect categories; market trends’ analysis & forecast; ensuring reliable, qualitative and continues sourcing. Managed spend (CAPEX+OPEX) – 32 mUSD. Main achievements: simplified contracting process via formation of standards templates; price saving - >15%.

Report to head of procurement. Managing a team of 3 employees. Responsibilities: sourcing for indirect categories (Real Estate, IT/IS, marketing; Travel & Fleet; logistic service; consulting services, etc) for pan-Russia (above 120 cities) via RFx; team development; process improvement. Managed spend (CAPEX + OPEX) – 40 mUSD. Main achievements: price saving -10.5%; implemented supplier relationship management.

Report to head of procurement. Responsibilities: marketing category; suppliers’ performance improvement through action plans; contracts negotiation, etc. Managed spend (OPEX) – 10 mUSD. Main achievements: Price saving – 16%; year volume rebates introduction in contracts; claim process launched; improved POSM quality.

Report to CPO. Managing a team of 6 employees. Responsibilities: sourcing for indirect categories for the both factories and Moscow office (technical, IT/IS, admin, car fleet, consumables); team development; performance control

Responsibilities: import contracts, technical & general services purchasing, budget, technical stock control.
