Verantwortlich für die zentralen Planungs- & Reportingaufgaben der Division infrastruktur. Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung der finanziellen Führung sowie der finanziellen Führung der IT. Verantwortlich für das Management Accounting, Standardisierung der Prozesse & Werteflüsse bei SBB im Bereich Finanzen sowie dem Change Management. Mitverantwortlich für die Einführung von Shared Services, Standardisierung (inkl. gemeinsamer finanziellen Führung auf Stufe Division und Konzern)
