Management responsibilities: • Managing, coaching and developing a team of three (3) engineers. • Providing technical leadership whilst guiding and motivating a team. • Maximizing team performance. • Daily management - work-plans, tasks priorities, code review. Near to sixty (60%) percent hands-on: • Research and design solutions for web/ mobile/ desktop applications testing. • Design and develop Java based framework for mobile cross OS (iOS / Android) UI Automation.

• Lead the technical part of all UI/Client-Side Automation. • Research and design solutions for web/ mobile/ desktop applications testing. • Develop Java based frameworks/infrastructure from scratch. • Design and implement CI working flow from scratch using Atlassian Bamboo • Design and develop Android Automation Utilities using Espresso libs • Develop one-click services and tools using Java / C#

• Develop and extend different modules of the existing framework • Working in close cooperation with Product Management Architects and Developers • Building the foundations for testing environments, scenarios and automation framework for new products. • Configure and maintenance of CI environments/working flows using Jenkins
