- Founded the “Digital Architects” as a team of tech-savvy internal consultants to support the transformation of Commerzbank to become a digital enterprise - Recruited 25 Top Talents in 12 month to internalize tech skills with a focus on digital architecture and modern delivery methods - Supported the adaption of new technologies like cloud, API and continues deployment with the aim to further increase release cycles and time to market

- Co-founded Commerzbank’s digital campus, where we bring together dedicated teams with more than 1,000 business and IT experts from all segments of Commerzbank, which work together in agile projects in order to digitize relevant processes and to develop new products and services - Continuously optimized the delivery process in the digital Campus to increase velocity and decrease time to market

- Launched a group-wide initiative for the end-to-end digitization of products and processes - Designed a group-wide map of the bank’s core processes, focusing on the customers’ point of view - Responsible for the end-to-end process optimization method as part of the Commerzbank Excellence Program

- Conducted analyses and prepared recommendations on business model design, growth initiatives and cost management for the Group CEO and the Executive Board - Provided recommendations on the sale or retention of existing business units and initiated the sales process - Contributed to the creation of group-wide strategies for sourcing activities and the IT-Function - Actively communicated with senior executives and managed junior team members

- Continuously worked with the CFO and the respective product managers on a strategic realignment and developed a medium-term plan for the group based on key performance indicators (KPIs) - Implemented a new management information system for the board based on a newly developed set of product-specific KPIs

- Developed strategic options for the real estate asset management division of a leading German retail and wholesale group; advised on a unified concept for construction, maintenance and facility management - Designed a new strategy for a leading German bank facing challenges in light of the financial crisis - Supported a leading German bank on the implementation of a restructuring program
