In order to turn the EESSI project into a success, 6 test countries are appointed to assist in testing new releases of EESSI software components. These countries are, Finland, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Austria and Netherlands. Together with colleagues from Austria the Netherlands has taken on the role of coordinating planning, delivery of releases, aligning test efforts and -scenarios.

I think it’s important that in dynamic and quickly changing work environments, the human aspects will not be forgotten. The necessary competitive spirit, working under pressure, can often provoke a tense situation, which may have a negative influence on the final result of the planned objective. My energy is concentrated to reach the highest feasible aim. My qualities of empathy, humour and passion would help to get the best out of people and to reach the focussed objectives.

RINIS build and consolidated an efficient electronic message system between public organisations. This solid and reliable technical environment guaranties a secure delivery of messages. The increased complexity of the questions asked by more and more of the parties involved, with their different interests has asked for sharper project management. As a forerunner I was responsible for recommending the processes to be used. I was also contributing to the execution of the projects and coaching the personnel.

Directing several project leaders and guide them in order to accept and activate the new facilities within the municipal authority management. Collate the material, arrange and classify it before putting it out to the departments involved within the government. Compilation of the yearly report Provide advice for the activities that follow out of the process, write a product plan and follow the development of the new process. Draw up documents and formulate the activities as directed by the management.

Within the department of Account management and organisation, the task of the intake manager is to supply facilities for the intake that might become part of the management system as directed by the local administration. This means that all the facilities offered by the departments have to be tested in an objective way. The MT and the Counsel for programs has to be advised about the feasibility of taking over this control.
