At ZeldaMarathonNL we organised the first Dutch gaming marathon to raise money for charity. The charity organisation we are raising money for is De Hartstichting who are doing research to battle heart deceases. I am responsible for the PR of the event and therefore to make sure that it is widely known. This year (2012) we are organizing the second entry of Zelda Marathon NL.

Apart from being a Web Editor I am responsible for handling all things related to PR. Therefore I am the first contactperson for developers, publishers and PR companies who represent their clients.

Apart from my regular work as a Account Executive I am responsible for our new ERP system Axapta and to help my colleagues with various tasks like training and helping them with internal and external difficulties.

As a Account Executive I am responsible for the entire salescycle from a request to making sure the software gets delivered and doing aftersales. At the moment my account consists of all the Dutch Local and Regional Governments. My past accounts where the Dutch police (vtsPN) and the Dutch Ministry of Defense. The mainfocus of the company is selling software and giving advice about licensing of software and how to manage your software assets.

As a Web Editor, I write small articles for PS3Life.nl. This is a website which consists of information regarding the gaming industry, with a focus on PlayStation related hardware and software.

As a Junior Sales Manager I was responsible for running the Monnickendam and later on the Muiden office of Holland Zeil Charters. I was responsible for the entire salescycle, purchasingcycle, administration and marketing of the company. The mainfocus of the company is organising sailingtrips on tradition Dutch ships and organising everything around the trip such as catering and entertainment.

As a Telemarketeer I was mainly responsible for selling memberships for Dutch charity organisations through telephonic contact. Our contractors where companies like Greenpeace, De Nederlandse Landschappen and Het Koningin Wilhelmina Fonds.
