New product development process, as well as all the interface and coordination between our commercial team, productive plant and final customers staff. Responsible for customers training, technical support and quality support on site in the product application. Direct contact with the mother company in Germany for all technical topics, from product development/application and production processing.

Responsible for the whole assembly team for whole South American market. Manage all employees, customers maintenance and new assembly schedule. Strong contact and service with customers coordinating the on site team controlling time schedule and targets. Spare parts and services as well

Started in 1997 for my practice in the mechanical engineering department. After my graduation as engineer went to the service department where I collected on field experience in assembly and disassembly from the presses. My last six years at the company where as a senior engineer coordinating the contracts from the machines distributed in the whole world while they were in the warranty period.
