Focused to ensuring the quality of PCB’s designed is at a high level to meet Product requirements and within cost targets. Liaising with Chipset Suppliers (Infineon, TI, STE and Broadcom) to ensure the quality of reference design. Fostered close relationships with major PCB Manufacturers (Ibiden Compeq, Tripod, Unimicron, ZDT) in order to maintain PCB technology leadership. Driving and leading CAD Tool Evaluations, conducted in close cooperation with CAD Tool Partners. Leading local and virtual team.

PCB Team Leader requested to build a new PCB Design team in new R&D Center in Japan. Started with an inexperienced team of 3 people who required to be trained in all aspects of PCB`s covering design, manufacturing, assembly and CAD Tools. The PCB Team was able to support several Products in a highly professional manner succeeding in realising successful Products.

Multi-chip module design for flip-chip and wire bonded IC’s onto silicon substrates with integrated passive components. IC design for analogue IC’s
