I am in charge of the maintenance of 2 major versions of our corporate management solutions, used by around 70 of the biggest french companies, including Air France, Lactalis, Peugeot. I'm also SCRUM master and responsible for ensuring and improving our team processes (QA, testing, delivery). I also developed functions such as a module to handle dividends for multinational companies and an e-learning platform used internally as a way to provide training for our collaborators.

I was a consultant sent to different companies to advise and provide advanced strategic intelligence methods, which was mainly about bench-marking and positioning those companies on their own market. Most of those companies were little and isolated, with very limited insights about marketing and information management, so the point was to develop a network, pulling resources together and building a common development momentum.
