American shoe company, specialized in casual and toning. I am in the company since the start up in Iberia in 2002. My main goal was at the beginning to adjust all ERP's to local needs (both Spanish and Portuguese market), create, train and motivate the finance dep. and contract main services in local market, besides of course of all reporting and tax issues. Currently my most challenger task is to handle the credit risk management and the cash collection to ensure the profitability of the company.

German multinational engineering company. After 2 years training in Headquarters in Frankfurt, I came back to Spain and was responsible in the Automation division for the Trade Embargo control, contracts with the Public Sector (CSIC and Universities) and specially for a strict control of costs and margins by each business unit.
