i have a portfolio of customers who buy chemical products from Spain, my job consists in managing their purchases. monthly follow up, orders arrangement in SAP, coordinate different departments in order to meet my customers requests as for quantities, prices, delivery dates, etc., dealing with complaints and solving them with the help of other departments (e.g. laboratory, stock department). in cooperation with a local – based in Milan- sales manager. claim solving and invoicing.
