Prozessoptimierung (z.B. radikale Vereinfachung der Budget- und Planungsprozesse ). Working Capital & Risk Management.

Rolling out the “New Controlling System” to all European subsidiaries of the Group. Ensuring smooth transition from an old to the new system. Organizing trainings. Selling the concept internally and externally (to the customers). The "New Controlling System" is a concept and a toolset for budgeting, operational planning and steering the business through an intelligent combination of operational and financial KPIs.

Abteilungsaufbau (5 Controller); Definition der Budgetierungs- und Reportingprozesse; Entwicklung eines neuen KPI-Systems und eines „New Controlling System“.

Führung eines Team aus 6 Controllern, komplettes Spektrum an Controllingaufgaben für die größte Tochtergesellschaft der Havi Logistics (6 Standorte, 800 Mitarbeiter). Optimierung der Budgetierungs- und Reportingprozesse, Einführung von Rentabilitättsanalyse für einzelne Services.

Beteiligungscontrolling für 6 Tochtergesellschaften. Erstellung der Business Cases für Expansionsmöglichkeiten in Zentral- und Osteuropa

Gründung des Unternehmens, Aufbau der Finanzfunktion, Einführung des ERP-Systems.
