Provides the commercial, deployment, & support strategy to the operations team to develop a winning professional services commercial proposal for the customer. Manage (forecast, co-ordinate, allocate) the manpower (engineering, R&D, M&S, and PM) to support any request for professional services business support. Review and validate all professional services proposal.

Managed 2 Wimax Network Rollout Projects in Cambodia and 2 OSS/BSS Projects in Singapore. C-level interaction with the customer, chairing the monthly steering commitee meeting jointly with the customer CEO/CTO. Point of escalation from internal and external to ensure project successful completion.

Head of the AL France branch in Bangladesh, and Deputy GM for the AL Bangladesh branch, managing the Services Division including the Project Management, Engineering, Maintenence, and Managed Services departments which includes 200 employees. Responsible for the Bangladesh P&L. Interfaced directly with customer C-level management to improve customer satisfaction. The main assigned task was to re-organise the whole services division due to mismanagement.

Managed all the projects in Cambodia worth 40Mil Euro annually performing Project Management, Procurement, Logistics, Administrator, Human Resources and Financial Controller function to ensure the customer satisfaction and project successfull completion. Interacted closely with the customer to ensure all the billing and invoicing milestones are timely achieved.

Managed a team of Business Developers and Tendering engineers to develop the Mobile Applications business in APAC. Responsible to ensure the winning and profitable proposal generation meeting the customer requirements. Interacted closely with the customer to present, clarify, and justify the win-win partnership and proposals prepared by the team.
