Definition and implementation of standard equipment and processes for internal logistics at Centre of Excellence Europe (CoE). Main tasks are: - Design and development of standard equipment: trolley, pallet dolly, kitting box, etc. - Creation of Request for Quotation templates (RFQs) for logistic equipment - Support JIT plants in Europe (30 plants in 19 different countries): workshops, meetings, etc.

Daily tasks as expeditor in a JIT plant (deal with suppliers, management of empties, reduction of inventory and freight cost, etc.), design and development of own tools to control inventory and empties in JCI and suppliers + CI projects with savings up to 110K€/year: - Reverse logistics: standardization of return of empties (56K€/year savings) - Reduce of WOWs: reduce inventory & implementation of FTL tool (54K€/year in savings)

Engineer in the project ADALOG II (Adaptative Logistics) for the company Colebega S.A. (one of the seven authorized bottler plants by Coca Cola in Spain) in the following improvements: - Responsible of demand forecasting management and redesign of logistics flows subprojects - Collaborator in the inventory and transportation management subprojects

Researcher in new technics and production improvements: - Flow shop production using lot streaming with interleaving and sequence dependent setup times using Linear Programming (LP) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) Study of Lean Manufacturing tools application (5’s, TPM, SMED, VSM, Poka-Yoke, etc.)
