Contractor’s representative to a Structural Design Consultant (WME). Responsible for Structural Inspection prior to DM (Authority) submission for inspection. Perform all daily civil & structural inspection based on the scope of Designer Consultant. Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil & Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Performs a joint system/compliance audit with the Supervisory Engineers to sub- consultant, sub-contractor, third party laboratory, batching plant and supplier in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 & QCS 2010. Assessor on the spot-audit and surveillance to Construction, technical, document control and other department in the joint venture project in accordance with the with ISO 9001: 2008, QCS 2010, Project specification, Project Quality Plan & departmental procedure.

Preparing technical submittals, materials submittal, shop drawings, method statements, sub-contractor submittals, daily activity schedule, request for information, inspection re- quest and others submittal that are needed. Supervise site works in accordance with Project specifications, Method Statements, PQP, ITPs, approved and valid construction drawings and instructions given by Project Man- ager, Construction Manager and Section Engineer.

Perform day to day and monitor technical compliance by Designers, Consultants and Contractors in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ISO 9001-2008, contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications, method statements and inspections & test plan (ITP) within the KPIZ project. Develop and maintain quality tools for reporting and tracking of data and coordinate all Quality Assurance activities for design and construction.

Supervise site works in accordance with Project specifications, Method Statements, PQP, ITP’s, approved and valid construction drawings and instructions given by Project Manager, Construction Manager and Section Engineer. Review drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available, Monitor and ensure that only current/latest revisions of “Issued for Construction” drawings are being used and withdraw all superseded drawings from site.

Calculated correct costs for project-specific goods and services by gathering information from team members, sub-contractors, and vendors. Utilized cost estimation systems to document project information, create estimates and revise project costs to reflect current data. Analyzed and calculated field measurements, survey plans and plot plans to create proposals and process work orders. Conducted site visits and provided recommendations and informed advice regarding site viability.
