Wrote the business plan and was integral to pursuing and acquiring the DFSA Category 2 license. Setup and implemented brand platform and communication strategy. Worked with outside agencies and oversaw all external communication. This included formulation, design and execution of marketing collateral, and press releases. Diwan Capital became the first Greenfield operation to receive a category 2 investment banking license under the DFSA, Dubai International Financial Centre.

Dubai: Diwan Capital was sponsored by Fortune and I joined Fortune to work on this start up project. Completed secondary listing of Fortune stock on Bourse Dubai. Promoted Fortune to treasury departments of banks, and family offices. Leveraged relationships with UAE financial institutions and explored private equity opportunities. Zug (02/06 to 11/06): Guided market and brand strategies for all of Fortune’s portfolio companies. Oversaw the customization, translation, and editing of marketing materials.
