Design and modification of production tools and equipment. Optimalization and design of manufacturing processes and enhancement of material flow within the production. Supporting quality management system by creating, updating and controlling of BOMs, technical drawings (SolidWorks), test reports and other technical documentation. Supporting and fulfilling of tasks given by R&D department such as design and development of medical apparatus, testing of disposable medical products (probes, catheters).

Participation on Lean activities, assistance with basic 3D assembling and 2D drawings in Pro/E, research and evaluation of the best solution for electronic signature, updating and maintaining training summary file, support with administration work using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), updating of facility lay out using Microsoft Office Visio 2007.

Creation of template for manufacturing line for Fiat cars by using of Robcad and Teamcenter. Robcad was used for adjustment and conversion of the part (CAD 3D file) of manufacturing line into .jt file while TeamCenter was used for storing the already converted .jt files to the TeamCenter library.This was further placed and put together with other parts of manufacturing line. The complete manufacturing line was adjusted for the specific car type and used for simulations.

Creating of manufacturing documentation as a working and packaging instructions, instalation qualification protocols/reports etc. Drawing of required technical documentation by using graphic program AutoCad 2011. Designing fixtures and tools used in production in SolidWorks. Handle/support product transfer and new product set up. Comunication with customer. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods etc.

Redrawing and rectifying of medical drawings which contains tubing sets and other medicals components such as connectors, filters, tubings, stopcocks, valves etc. My task was redraw 2D technical drawings with medical components from old style design into new style design by using database and drafting software AutoCad. This work was accomplished in Liverpool (U.K.) for medical company Terumo.
