Investment structures mainly based in UK, Asia, Luxembourg. Track record: Origination of investment fund for Asian investors, teak wood fund, German PE fund in the SME-sector, financial advisory for participation certificate fund, share buy-out for institutional investor in Singapore

- IFRS / US-GAAP off-balance transactions, cross-border and structured transactions - Since 11/2003 responsible for international leasing transactions - Deal experience in Scandinavia, Italy, Spain, UK and Benelux - Responsible for development, negotiations and set-up of Turkish joint venture

Set-up of JV in Italy. Strategic definition of target customers and sectors, start of operations. Liaison with JV partners, development of business strategy, key account management. Development of new products and implementation of German financial structures to Italian law and tax situation.

Origination of structured investments, public and private placements (German leverage leases). Cross-border financings, defeasance structures, KG-structures and ABS-transactions. Off-balance / ABS-structures for BMW vehicle fleet, > 10 GLLs for aircrafts and movables.
