Technical services concerning AOI 3D and dispenser conformal coating machines used to control and to optimize the manufacturing's SMT process of the electronic cards. Installation, on site activity to the customers and from remote, training to the customer concerning 'how to use the machine, how to make inspection programs', maintenance, troubleshooting. Basic knowledges about the X rays machines, technical support to the customer.

Design of electromechanical devices for semiconductor manifactorers

Support to optimization the editorial flow, customization activity on desktop publishing applications, maintenance of database. Knowlege about desktop publishing applications developed for press newsrooms and formulating not complexes queries using SQL Developer with Oracle database are the technical skills acquired during the internship experience at Atex company. I have exercised the Linux common commands with maintenance activity on remotes databases; simple activity about owner software customizations.

Learning to manage the reliability trial execution on BCD product with electrical and thermal measurment during OLT. I have learnt the physical tests electricals (OLT) and thermomechanicals and their operational management having the aim to evaluate the lifetime device. Capability of using the common instruments of a physical laboratory like oscilloscope, electrical power supplier, tester, gauge, thermocamera, thermocouple.

Realizing a computational processing method in Matlab code in order to study a physical problem starting by real data. In detail I have evaluate the characteristics vibrational frequencies of a ground portion located in the Bergamo's town area (Italy); the work was based on the site effects theory using the spectral ratio technique. The aim of the study was to estimate the necessity of a seismic microzonation study on the area.

Providing technical support to customers and to potential customers in order to find the best products to install on their machines according to specific application and following them until the post-sale technical support. Moreover I have followed some meeting and refresher technical courses about products manufactured by German company. The sectors of application products were automation industries, automotive, packaging.
